Jubilee Debt Campaign is a registered charity. Over half of our funding comes from donations by committed, regular individual givers. If you can, please add your support with a monthly donation.

The ratio between the highest and lowest paid members of staff in 2020 was 1.6:1. All our staff are paid more than the real living wage.
The mean gender pay gap in 2020 was -3.8% (women on average earned 3.8% more than men). The mean gender pay gap in 2019 was -0.4% (women on average earned 0.4% more than men).
